Standard Rules
Set-up:
1) Place the cards, timer, and red + blue chips in the middle of the table.

2) Each player take a pen, pad of paper, yellow sticky-pad, and a white ‘number card.’

> Place your white name card in front of you so that everyone can easily see it.

3) The youngest player starts as “the Flipper.” Each round, the Flipper changes to the left.
Draw:
1) The Flipper draws 3 word cards and places them face up in the middle of the table for all to see then starts the 3-minute timer.

2) Each player, including the Flipper, creates a drawing that incorporates the three words shown.

3) In addition to the 3 words, you can add anything else you’d like (even words).
Explain:
1) Start with the Flipper and continue left. Each player shows their drawing and explains how they used the three words.
> This is the most important step - good stories tend to win votes!
Vote:
1) Everyone writes the white ’number card’ number of their favorite drawing / explanation on a sticky note.

> Only vote for one player. You can not vote for yourself.

2) Place the note face-down in the middle of the table.

3) The Flipper counts the votes out loud. If one player received the most votes, they take a blue chip. If two or more players tie, they each take a red chip (blue=1 point, red=½ point).

> If a player later wins a second red chip, trade both red chips in for one blue chip.
Winning:
1) The game ends when someone gets 3 blue chips or when the group decides to end.

2) The winner is the first player to have 3 blue chips or the player with the most chips when the group decides to stop (blue=1 point, red=½ point).
